AmplifyZ is a content planning and publishing tool for coaches and experts. It helps you draft, schedule and publish posts to your own social media accounts, and generates content ideas and plans based on the material you provide.
By creating an account or using AmplifyZ you agree to these terms. If you use AmplifyZ on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for that business.
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for everything that happens under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use AmplifyZ.
You may connect your own social media accounts. You must not connect accounts you do not own or are not authorised to manage.
You keep full ownership of the material you upload (your expertise, documents, offers and audience details) and of the posts you approve and publish.
You grant AmplifyZ a limited licence to process that material solely to provide the service to you — generating drafts, scheduling and publishing on your instruction.
AI-generated drafts are suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing, editing and approving anything published under your name. Do not publish content that is false, misleading, defamatory, infringing or unlawful.
You must not use AmplifyZ to send spam, harass others, impersonate anyone, or violate the rules of the social platforms you publish to (including X, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Reddit and TikTok).
You must not attempt to reverse engineer the service, access other users' data, or use the service to build a competing product.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
AmplifyZ offers a free plan and paid subscriptions, billed monthly or yearly. Prices are shown on the pricing section of the site and at checkout.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; your paid features remain active until the end of the current billing period. Yearly plans are billed as one payment.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
Publishing happens through the official interfaces of each social platform. Those platforms may change, limit or withdraw access at any time, and their own terms apply to your use of them. AmplifyZ is not responsible for platform outages, rejected posts or account actions taken by a platform.
We aim to keep AmplifyZ available and improving, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change features over time; if a change materially reduces a paid feature during your billing period, contact us and we will make it right.
We may update these terms. If we make a significant change we will notify you in the app or by email before it takes effect.
AmplifyZ is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses arising from content you choose to publish or from third-party platforms.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
