Account details: your name and email address when you sign up.
Your material: the topics, offers, documents and audience details you give us so we can generate relevant content for you.
Connected accounts: when you connect a social account, we store the access tokens needed to publish on your instruction. Tokens are stored encrypted and are never visible to other users.
Usage data: pages visited, features used and funnel events, so we can improve the product.
Payment data: handled directly by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
To provide the service: generating drafts and plans from your material, scheduling and publishing posts you approve, and showing your analytics.
To operate and improve the product: fixing issues, understanding which features are used, and keeping the service secure.
To communicate with you: sign-in links, receipts, and product updates you can opt out of.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use your material to train models for other customers.
Your material is sent to AI providers solely to generate the content you request. We instruct these providers not to retain or train on your data where their terms allow it.
We share data only with the providers needed to run the service: hosting and database infrastructure, Stripe for payments, the social platforms you explicitly connect, and AI providers as described above.
Public plan pages you choose to share are visible to anyone with the link. Nothing else in your account is public.
We keep your data while your account is active. You can disconnect social accounts at any time, which deletes the stored tokens.
To delete your account and associated data, contact us through the app. Some records (such as payment receipts) may be retained where the law requires.
Access to your data is restricted to your own account. Social tokens are encrypted at rest. Connections are served over HTTPS.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Contact us through the app to exercise these rights.
We may update this policy as the product evolves; significant changes will be announced in the app or by email.
